Listing Automation & Hosting Proposal
Nothing about how your listings look or run changes — the same cars go up the same way, on the same site. We take the whole listing process over and run it for you, and your ongoing monthly lands at $199 — less than the ~$250 you spend today. Double your sales next year and it’s still $199 — we handle the volume, not you.
Where things stand
Every new car follows the same path: pull eight photos from the ClassicCars listing, build a matching profile image and a “sold” version, assemble the page in Divi, wire up the eBay buttons, and format the description. Done by hand, that’s roughly 20 minutes a car — before you even get to social — plus a separate round of edits every time one sells.
Your listings already look great and the site already works. The goal here isn’t to change any of that — it’s to take the listing hand-work off your plate and out of your costs. We build an automation that does the whole listing, then run and maintain it with you. Posting to Facebook and Instagram stays with you — or we can run that too, as a separate add-on (below).
What it delivers
Same layout, same image sizing, same eBay buttons, same look on every card — the site keeps working exactly as it does today.

Posting to Facebook and Instagram stays with you by default — or we can run it in your voice as a separate add-on. Your call, kept apart from the core system.
Automation, hosting, and upkeep all sit with us on a single monthly — no separate web person, host, and developer to coordinate.
The numbers
You’re at about $250/month today to keep listings going. Your ongoing monthly with us is $199 — hosting and every listing handled — and it holds as you grow: even if your volume doubled, it’d still be $199. The one-time build is separate, and you choose how to cover it: pay it up front, or spread it over 36 months (both below). Posting to Facebook and Instagram is an optional add-on, priced separately.
The prices above are the listing automation and hosting only. Posting each car to Facebook and Instagram isn’t part of that system — by default it stays with you. If you’d rather hand it off, we’ll write and post every car to both accounts in your voice for a separate $299/month, added on top of whichever option you pick. Add it or drop it anytime; it never touches the core price.
Hosting
Hosting is already included in your $199/month — nothing separate to pay or manage. Whether we keep the site right where it is or move it to our faster setup, it stays exactly the same to you and your buyers: same look, same address, no downtime. If we move it, we handle the whole thing.
